It has become a kind of trend to have your own idea and start-up a new business or 'Venture' as they call it.
In our parent's time having a study job and moving towards a own place was considered well-accomplished but Today's generation can't sleep if they don't have their own something going on.
And it's a good thing too.
The main traits being seen among youngsters which leads them towards this :

- Recognizing their talents early in life
- Confident approach to problems
